When connecting your Elk / Ness M1 to the PlanetM1 Cloud, there will be no need to port forward or need to have static WAN IP Addresses.

All connections is done through the cloud which means you can setup push notifications with a tap of a button and get notified when something happens on the M1.

You can control your M1 panel from anywhere in the world on WiFi or Cellular connections from your Android or iOS device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I used the C1M1 with the PlanetM1 Cloud Service?

The PlanetM1 Cloud service only works with the M1XEP, and can't be used with the C1M1.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are currently processed in the app as a in-app purchase using Google & Apple in-app purchase gateway.

How many M1 panels can be assigned to my cloud account?

You can have as many panels as you want to your account. Each M1 you want to use will have to be registerd and signed up to it's own service plan.

What happens when my plan expires?

A few days after the expiry your M1 will stop all communications to our cloud.
If you don't renew your service approx 1 week after the expiry then your M1 panel and history may be removed from our cloud.

Will you call me and call a patrol when my system goes into alarm?

No. We are not a central monitoring station. We are only a cloud service provider allowing you to control your panel through the cloud. We recommend you still have your panel monitored by a central monitoring station if you are wanting a patrol to action your alarm.

Can I used the app on mutliple devices?

Yes. Since the app connects to our cloud, you can use the same username and password to on mutliple devices. Therefore you only need to purchase the plan once per M1.
